The Research On Construction Of Private Enterprise Trade Unions In Dajiangdong Industrial District

As the socialist market economic system gradually established and perfected,the private enterprises and other non-Public sectors of the economy developed fairly fast and played an important role in stimulating economic growth.With the requirements of advance modernization in the State governance system and governance capability in 19th CPC National Congress,private enterprise Trade Unions is the essential content of overall Trade Unions since the reform and opening.As to private enterprise trade unions,the strength in construction and the perfection of management system of play an important role in the harmonious society,which has stable labor relations and healthy developed enterprises.This paper takes the private enterprise trade unions in Dajiangdong industrial district as the research object,through the interview to the union officials from private enterprises and the questionnaire to workers from private enterprises.The paper tends to find out the influencing factors in the construction of private enterprise trade unions in Dajiangdong industrial district,by summarizing the conclusions on interviews,analyzing the data from surveys and combining the theory of trade union with practice.This paper analyze the current situation of construction of private enterprise trade unions based on the national macro environment.According to the facts,based on the angles from employers\union officials and workers of private enterprises,we advise on the improvement of private enterprise trade unions' construction.We hope we can provide a reference for the development of private enterprise trade unions.
