In recent years,my country’s economy and technology have developed rapidly,and the Internet economy with e-commerce as the main body has become an important part of my country’s economic development.With the development of e-commerce transactions,it also brings certain transaction risks.In recent years,my country has advocated the construction of integrity in the Internet field,strengthened platform supervision,and promoted the establishment and improvement of the e-commerce credit evaluation system in the field of e-commerce.Although my country has basically established a legal normative system for credit evaluation with the e-commerce law as the core,there is a lack of interconnection between different legal clauses,and the legal provisions have problems such as unclear connotation and weak strength.,the credit evaluation mechanism,and the obligations and responsibilities of the credit evaluation subject should be improved and clarified.The theoretical basis for the establishment of credit evaluation system is gatekeeper theory,reputation mechanism theory and game theory.The principle of freedom,fairness and transparency should be the basic principles for establishing and improving the credit evaluation system of e-commerce platforms.The establishment of the e-commerce platform credit evaluation system to promote the healthy development of the e-commerce industry,safeguard the rights and interests of consumers,and improve the level of social business credit is its basic goal.Some representative e-commerce platforms have established credit evaluation mechanisms,but the content and methods of credit evaluation on different platforms are different,which is not conducive to the establishment of a unified credit evaluation system.There are different levels of indicator systems that are not comprehensive enough and the evaluation methods are too general.Therefore,the evaluation content and evaluation method of the credit evaluation system should be properly standardized.The credit evaluation obligations and legal responsibilities of the e-commerce platform should be clarified.If the e-commerce platform fails to strictly perform the credit evaluation obligations in terms of establishment,publicity,deletion,review,etc.,it should bear the corresponding legal responsibility.
