Research On Smart Policing Construction Of District Public Security Organs Under The Background Of Big Data

With the continuous innovation of information technology,big data subverts people’s previous cognition and unexpectedly shows high value in the performance of government duties.However,it also has a deep impact on current social governance,especially poses a challenge to the efficiency of police work of public security organs.Local governments should make good use of big data,especially local public security organs should make good use of big data to transform from traditional police affairs to intelligent police affairs,so as to greatly improve the efficiency of police affairs,improve public security services,and greatly enhance the combat effectiveness of public security.This article selects big data under the background of district-level wisdom construction of police,public security organs with the elaborating management theory,a service-oriented government theory and wisdom city theory as the theoretical basis,using the literature research,empirical method and interview method and other research methods,from the district public security organs own particularity and its analysis on the characteristics of police work,taking the current situation of smart police construction in W District,S City as a sample,the paper analyzes the changes of the public security organs in organizational structure,ideology,hardware facilities and rules and regulations and the reasons for the changes,and studies the influence of big data technology on police work.It is found that some police forces still have ideological conflicts,data sharing is not smooth,technological innovation is slightly delayed,data still have security risks,social support needs to be coordinated,and other problems in the current public security organs at district level.The reasons behind the analysis of the problem include the lack of the implementation of the concept of smart police,imperfect data management mechanism,barriers to resource exchange,insufficient professional talent reserve,social forces involved in the way is not clear.Finally,in view of the problems and reasons,in the wisdom of the original police construction idea,on the basis of future intelligent policing,put forward carrying out from under the above rate policing concept,improve the wisdom of police system,stimulate new kinetic data elements,and stronger talent support and guide the orderly social forces to participate in such aspects as further improve the construction of police wisdom.
