The Design And Implementation Of Public Security Intelligence Fusion Method In Smart Policing

With the advancement of "Big Data of Public Security" and "Smart Policing" strategy,the public security big data center has been constructed and public security big data application has been developed in the construction of smart policing,which have greatly improved the core fighting power and social governance ability of public.The application of public security intelligence has same app background and research contents as the application of public security big data,but in the current smart policing construction,the research and construction of public security intelligence application is relatively weak.As a resource of policing strategy,support of campaigns and tactical tools,the application and construction of public security intelligence should be the focus of smart policing construction under the current special period and complex social and public security situation.However,as an important way to improve the accuracy and value of intelligence,and the guarantee of smart policing mode to carry out the policing of "Active Prevention,Fight Against,Control",public security intelligence fusion urgently needs a method of public security intelligence fusion suitable for public security business to solve the problem of public security intelligence resources.This paper is based on the intelligence work of public security in the smart policing,on the basis of smart policing data,and with the help of knowledge graph technology,this paper designs a representation method for describing the essential characteristics of public security intelligence for personnel semantic understanding and machine recognition processing,it also designs a method for attribute-oriented,relationship-oriented and event-oriented fusion and realizes the ordering and noise reduction of public security intelligence in the related network of public security intelligence.To solve the problem of intelligence fusion,noise reduction and ordering based on multi-source and multi-element police intelligence data resources,optimize intelligence resources,support comprehensive research and judgment of public security,and truly bring into play the practical and decision-making value of police intelligence fusion in smart police affairs.Firstly,this paper combs the relevant research and basic theory of smart policing and public security information fusion at home and abroad.Starting from the perspective of intelligence fusion,this paper analyses and defines the relevant content and problems of intelligence fusion for public security in view of the opportunities and challenges of intelligence fusion for public security,and proceeds from the basic data structure of smart policing and combines the relevant technology of intelligence fusion for public security.The content and method of police information fusion are discussed.Secondly,aiming at the two major problems of intelligence representation and information ordering and noise reduction in intelligence fusion of public security in smart policing,this paper puts forward the improved expression method of public security intelligence and the ordering and noise reduction method of public security intelligence fusion.After analyzing the basis of public security information resources,drawing lessons from the experience of public security information resources management,through the understanding and classification of public security information resources,the meta-system of public security information is designed;through the comparison of knowledge representation methods,the meta-representation model of public security information is designed based on the triple group,which is also oriented to the semantic understanding of police personnel and computer recognition processing,so as to solve the fusion of public security intelligence in smart policing.Multi-source and multi-intelligence understand each other and deal with problems in a unified way.Based on the analysis of the problem of police intelligence fusion and the way of solving it,this paper combs the process of police intelligence fusion in smart policing,designs an improved FP-Growth association rule algorithm,solves the problem of information sequencing based on extended FP-Tree node description,and realizes information noise reduction based on weighted FP-Growth of subject database.Finally,taking data of H City smart policing Platform as an example,the effectiveness of the method is verified by intelligence fusion experiments.
