Evaluation Study On The Implementation Effect Of Community Correction Management In Y City

Community correction was born in the 1960 s and 1970 s.Compared with the long period of decades or even hundreds of years development process of community correction in foreign countries,China has been implemented for only 19 years.However,the work of community correction in Y City was carried out at the end of 2012,so the experience is not rich.According to the previous work research,inspection and team education of political science and law,many work and bottlenecks are exposed,which bring great pressure to the work and work flaws because of staff’s faults.There is a need for Y City to improve community correction work measures and effective work.Consequently,aiming to evaluate the implementation effect of community correction management in Y City objectively,this paper will provide reference and basis for the targeted formulation of scientific community correction management measures.The significance of the research lies in the academic research and quantitative evaluation of public management,and the analysis of key problems more accurately in order that the implementation measures of the community correction system in Y City are more in line with the modern public management theory.Meanwhile,the problems are solved by optimizing the resource allocation to realize the diversified participation of community correction management.To begin with,the paper not only makes us understand the macro situation of community correction work by consulting the literature on community correction management,but also summarizes the current experience of community correction at home and abroad and shows scholars’ key research and attention directly.What’s more,the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of community correction management,the status quo of community correction management organization,personnel and working mechanism in Y City were clarified by consulting data and conducting interviews.Apart from that,the implementation effect evaluation index system model of Y City community correction management is established to conduct AHP level analysis to calculate the weight of various evaluation indicators,on which the evaluation index is evaluated and scored through the questionnaire.Also,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to obtain the evaluation of each index and the overall evaluation of the implementation effect of community correction management.Finally,according to the theory of public management and the experience and practices of other cities,suggestions such as improving the setting of community correction management institutions,strengthening the construction of community correction management cadres,building a diversified management mode are put forward to.This study provides a theoretical basis for improving the community correction management in Y City in a certain period and also provides a reference method for evaluating the implementation effect evaluation of community correction management in other cities.
