Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,under the new situation of "the party must manage the party and strictly manage the party",and under the new contradictions brought about by the deepening of comprehensive deepening of reforms,a high-quality "loyal and clean" The "cadre team" has become an urgent task at the moment.However,when establishing and improving the system of strict management of cadres,some new problems have emerged,which are manifested in the fact that some cadres have "fear of responsibility and mistakes",which has led to the emergence of negative emotions,which in turn has led to "lazy"political situations.happened.This urgently requires a perfect cadre error tolerance and correction mechanism.Under the guidance of the principle of "three differentiating",governments in various regions have carried out explorations on cadres' fault-tolerance and correction mechanisms,but the current cadre's fault-tolerance and correction mechanisms have not been well used.Important factors.Therefore,this study has important theoretical and practical significance to construct the index system for the identification of cadres' fault tolerance and correction mechanisms through text analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods.This study is based on 39 cadres' fault-tolerance and error correction policy texts collected from yearbooks and networks.First,it analyzes and classifies them in detail,extracts factors that can affect cadre's fault-tolerance and correction,and treats them as a Factor set;secondly,through the deconstruction and reconstruction of the index set logic,an index system that explains the behavior of cadres through four types of index factors is obtained,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to assign the index system to obtain an index system that can be used as Evaluation index system.Finally,combined with the construction logic of the new evaluation index system,the cadres' fault-tolerant and error-correcting guiding principles and policy text optimization suggestions are proposed.The innovation of this research is the new research method.The domestic academic research on cadres' fault tolerance and error correction is full of normative research.This research chooses quantitative research methods to try to build a clearer and applicable cadre fault tolerance and error correction identification index system,which is the first case in the academic world.The second is to clarify the core content and internal mechanism of the cadre fault tolerance and correction mechanism,construct a quantifiable cadre fault tolerance correction index system,and expand the scope of application of the cadre fault tolerance correction index system.The cadre fault tolerance and error correction index system formed by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is actually a deconstruction and reconstruction of the cadre fault tolerance and correction mechanism,in order to more easily find the existing problems,combined with the research results,this study explores the new index system The application in the actual operation of cadre fault tolerance and correction provides some reference methods for the government to grasp the guiding principles of the cadre fault tolerance and correction mechanism and formulate policy texts.
