Study On The Rural Human Settlements And Environmental Governance In Haiyu Town,Changshu

People pay more and more attention to the rural human settlement environment.Good ecological environment is an important part of rural revitalization and the foundation of rural construction.Improving rural living environment is closely related to the interests of the people,in line with people’s desire for a better life,and is also a necessary condition for building beautiful and livable villages and promoting rural revitalization.The quality of the rural human settlements environment in some areas has been greatly improved through the improvement of the rural human settlements environment.However,the improvement of the human settlements environment is a systematic,correct and complicated project,there are some problems to be solved,including the consolidation of environmental governance effect,the management and protection of rural public facilities and the establishment of governance mechanism.In this paper,Haiyu Town,Changshu City,as the research object,on the basis of sustainable development theory and multi-subject governance theory,through the adoption of literature research method,investigation method,questionnaire method and other methods to study the rural human settlement environment governance in Haiyu Town,understand the basic situation of rural human settlement environment governance in Haiyu Town,the specific measures taken in the process of governance and results.Since the implementation of human settlement environment governance in Haiyu Town,the village environment has been improved,but it also faces some problems while achieving results.The main problems include the low awareness rate of villagers on human settlement environment governance,the villagers’ vague understanding of their responsibilities,the quality of governance is not high,the governance effect is not lasting and so on.Through the research and analysis of the causes of the problem and the advanced experience of other regions,the comprehensive consideration of various aspects of the situation to strengthen the publicity,multi-subject governance,strengthen the team construction,promote accurate governance and sustainable development of the environmental governance suggestions and countermeasures,explore the perfect path of action,effectively promote the in-depth development of rural residential environment governance in Haiyu Town.
