Study On The Governance Of Human Settlements In L Town From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)called for the improvement of the rural living environment.L Town of Yue Yang City actively responded to the call of the CPC Central Committee,in-depth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,vigorously promoted the village cleaning concentrated action,and achieved certain results.But there are some challenges in the process of rural human settlement environment remediation,restricting the process of human settlement environment governance.Therefore,this paper takes the governance of human settlement environment in L Town of Yue Yang City as the case study object,takes the governance process of human settlement environment in the town as the main clue,explores the path to improve the local human settlement environment,and provides theoretical and practical reference.First of all,define the concept connotation of rural revitalization strategy,beautiful countryside construction and rural human settlement environment renovation on the sustainable development theory and public governance theory.And Based on the villagers and village cadres in L town three sample questionnaire and interviews,analysis induce L town living environment governance practices and taken the gained results,and analyzes the existing problems and reasons.Then get targeted countermeasures and suggestions.The study found some problems in L town including villagers’ poor environmental protection consciousness,imperfect infrastructure,insufficient capital investment,and the government public service guarantee weak strength.Aiming at these problems,combined with domestic and foreign outstanding experience revelation,it should be to optimize management from four aspects,including the play to the farmer’s main body status,increasing the intensity of government propaganda environmental protection;improving public services and shoring up infrastructure;increasing capital input and broaden financing channels;strengthening community-level organizations and improving management and protection measures to provide more new ideas for improving local living environments.
