| The Party Central Committee has put forward the rural revitalization strategy,put forward specific requirements for the development of China’s rural areas,and pointed out the direction of "three rural" work in the new period.Improving the rural living environment and comprehensively improving the people’s living environment is the only way to achieve all-round rural revitalization.The governance of rural human settlements needs to be adhered to for a long time and maintained on a regular basis.At present,although some achievements have been made in various places,problems such as lack of environmental awareness,weak rural foundation and insufficient capital investment are still faced.Strengthening the governance of rural living environment has become the focus of attention of all sectors of society.This paper uses the literature research method to sort out and analyze the relevant data of rural human settlements at home and abroad,and conducts field visits to 11 village committees in Luishui Town to understand the work of local rural human settlements in detail.In addition,330 village cadres or villagers in 3 villages are selected to carry out a questionnaire survey on the satisfaction of human settlements.After analyzing the data,it is concluded that there are problems in the governance of rural human settlements in Luishui Town,such as insufficient investment in governance funds,imperfect rural infrastructure and service system,single participants in governance work,chaotic spatial layout of villages,regional differences in governance,and lack of long-term governance methods.In response to the above problems,suggestions were put forward to improve rural infrastructure supporting facilities,actively broaden the channels of governance funds,strengthen the supervision of village planning and construction,achieve multi-subject cooperation and co-governance,and improve the long-term governance mechanism. |
