A Study On The Governance Of Human Settlements In Town A, Dazu District, Chongqing

With the rapid development of China,the rural spiritual outlook has also undergone great changes.The task of rural human settlements management has been paid more and more attention.Especially after the Rural Revitalization Strategy was put forward,the rural human settlements have been regarded as the primary task.However,weak rural infrastructure,lack of professionals,as well as insufficient attention paid by governments at all levels to rural human settlement environment governance,insufficient capital investment and imperfect supervision mechanism,the task of rural human settlement environment governance in China is difficult,and the rural human settlement environment is still dirty and disorderly,How to more effectively promote the governance of rural human settlements is a problem that governments at all levels need to consider and solve.In this paper,the author takes a town in Dazu district as the research object,and makes a specific in-depth investigation in 17 villages and communities.By visiting and investigating,the author selects 170 farmers from 17 villages and communities in the town for a detailed investigation.Since the rural human settlement environment treatment has been carried out in town a,more investment has been made in the natural environment,sewage treatment,production waste recycling,other aspects,so as to successfully build and develop into a beautiful town that is clean and livable.However,after direct communication with more than 60 town and village cadres,it was found that there were still some problems,single governance body,imperfect infrastructure construction,insufficient financial investment at all levels,etc.In this paper,according to the real development situation,the author discusses the measures adopted by a town in the rural human settlement environment,and studies the problems found in the governance process,including the main forming factors of the problems: the villagers' awareness of participation is not strong,the village committee is lack of innovation and execution,the management and protection of public facilities are disorderly,the utilization of governance funds is inefficient,and the governance mechanism is not sound and long-term.According to the principles of adjusting measures to local conditions,people-oriented,local characteristics,farmers' main body and step-by-step,this paper puts forward improvement plans for these problems,including guiding villagers to participate in governance,comprehensively improving the innovation and implementation ability of village committees,strengthening the supervision of public infrastructure construction,further increasing capital investment,and improving the long-term governance mechanism of human settlements.It is expected to further promote the governance of rural human settlements in town a and provide some reference value for the governance of rural human settlements in Dazu district.
