Study On Relocated Community Fire Safety Grid Management In S Subdistrict Of S City

Since the reform and opening up,in the background of the rapid development of Chinese society and the continuous progress of urbanization,a large number of people have flowed from rural areas to urban communities.With the improvement of residents’living standards and safety awareness,community fire safety has gradually become a key issue of concern to residents.However,due to its own special attributes,the fire safety management level of the relocated communities still lags behind the level of economic development,which is not conducive to the healthy and sustainable development of the social economy.Therefore,strengthening fire safety management in relocated communities is not only an inherent need for social development,but also an inevitable requirement for meeting residents’ safety needs,improving the quality of life,and promoting high-quality social development.As a public product,fire safety is an important part of social governance.This article analyzes the community fire safety management issues from the perspective of grid governance.In the era of information technology,communities must use the technology,learn new fire protection concepts and methods,and build community fire safety grid management,which not only meets the needs of social development,but also effectively innovates the implementation of social governance at the grassroots level will help promote the sustainable development of community fire safety.This article takes the relocation community as the entry point,adopts the case research method and the interview method,taking S street in S city as an example,combing the grassroots government,relocation communities,community residents and social organizations and other multiple subjects to jointly build and govern community fire protection.The current situation and characteristics of safety management,and the following problems are summarized.First,the implementation of fire safety grid management responsibilities is not in place;second,the supervision and inspection system is not perfect;third,the remediation of hidden fire safety hazards is not effective;fourth,the participation rate of residents in relocated communities is not high.After analysis,the reasons are mainly reflected in imperfect management mechanism,insufficient personnel and equipment funding,and inadequate publicity and education.Through extensive reference to the experience and enlightenment of grid management and fire safety management,this article proposes the following governance countermeasures:the first is to improve the policy system and clarify fire safety responsibilities;the second is to strengthen the construction of the main body and promote the co-governance of multiple subjects;the third is to increase capital investment,to form a joint force for fire safety;fourth is to carry out in-depth publicity to enhance residents’ awareness of fire safety;fifth is to innovate grid management and establish a long-term fire safety work mechanism.
