Research On Grid Management Of Community Fire Safety In Dongli District Of Tianjin

The grid management of community fire safety has replaced the traditional management mode and become an important part of public management and public safety,which not only improves the efficiency of fire protection,but also reduces the management cost.The grid management of community fire safety is related to the safety of people’s lives and property.Therefore,it is particularly important to improve the grid management of community fire safety in Dongli District of Tianjin.Based on this background,the problems of grid management of community fire in Dongli District,Tianjin has been explored via the social governance theory,polycentric governance theory,refined management theory in this thesis.We attempt to propose countermeasures and have carried out a series of research on grid management of community fire safety.With the help of literature research,interview and questionnaire,this thesis reports the action of grid management of community fire safety in Dongli District of Tianjin,and summarizes the following problems.First,the government construction management network is not perfect.Second,the power of community management is insufficient.Third,the fire publicity and training system is not perfect.Fourth,residents’ willingness to participate in governance is not strong.The main reasons are that the government’s responsibility is not fully implemented,the Department’s cooperation is not in place,the community training mechanism is not perfect,and the channel of residents’ autonomy is not smooth.After learning from the worldwide community fire safety management,we propose the following governance plan: first,the improvement of the multi governance network of fire management,second,the improvement of the ability of fire safety social governance,third,the construction of the characteristic mode of fire propaganda innovation,fourth,the improvement of the channel of community residents’ Autonomy,fifth,the active elimination of the potential fire hazards in residential communities.The research will help to further improve and perfect the grid management of community fire safety in Dongli District of Tianjin,and also provide reference for other grid management of urban fire safety.
