| Juvenile criminal cases have increased in recent years,school violent episodes have become more common,and significant vicious cases involving juvenile crime have occurred on occasion.Using Pingluo County in Ningxia as an example,juvenile delinquency exhibits adult and group characteristics,as well as a trend toward younger age and diversification.The current situation shows that juvenile delinquency cases in Pingluo County continue to rise year after year,despite the fact that relevant local government departments have taken a number of measures to combat it.Juvenile delinquency harms society and has a negative impact on societal harmony and stability,in addition to causing pain for the offender and their family.This article examines juvenile crimes that have been committed in the Pingluo county in recent years,analyzing the crimes’ characteristics,the county’s current juvenile crime prevention situation,and the reasons behind them.It also summarizes the challenges the Pingluo county government has faced in its work to prevent juvenile crimes at home and looks at the current state of the juvenile crime prevention in the county.From the standpoint of collaborative governance,specific recommendations are made to help the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region’s juvenile crime prevention system improve,to encourage the government to achieve the goal of effectively preventing juvenile crime,to foster a secure social environment,and to better maintain the sustainable development of the region. |
