A Research Of Rural Sages’ Contribution In Rural Culture Construction Under The Policy Of Rural Revitalization

The strategy of rural revitalization is a major strategy put forward in the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and is the general grasp of the " agriculture,farmers and rural areas" work in the new era.Rural revitalization should not only shape but also cast the soul,cultural revitalization is not only an important part of rural revitalization,but also provides strong spiritual support and ideological guarantee for the comprehensive development of rural areas.However,in the current social development,rural culture has been strongly impacted,rural excellent culture has not been valued,the loss of human resources has been serious,traditional virtues have been lost,and problems such as rural cultural faults have become increasingly prominent.How to carry forward the excellent traditional culture of the countryside,enhance cultural self-confidence,enable the peasants to find their hometown feelings,and remember to live in nostalgia are all major problems that rural culture urgently needs to crack.The implementation of rural cultural revitalization needs to gather the strength of the whole party and all sectors of society,and new rural sage is one of the most prominent representative groups.New rural sage is a new era rooted in the local society,with its unique local feelings and moral advantages,is the builder and disseminator of rural culture,and plays a special role in rural culture.With the steady advancement of the rural revitalization strategy,new rural sage has played an exemplary and leading role in the construction of rural culture,highlighting its value of the times.This research is mainly based on Marxist cultural views,Chinese excellent traditional cultural ideas,rural cultural construction ideas,and the Chinese Communist Party’s rural cultural construction.From the perspective,using the relevant principles and methods of Marxism to analyze the realistic path of my country’s new Able Villagers participating in the construction of rural culture.This paper starts from the concept,defines the concept of rural sages,new rural sages and rural culture,and holds the scientific connotation and main characteristics of the new rural sages through the unified logic and history method.Secondly,analysis the new follow villager participation in rural cultural construction of external impetus and internal motivation,external motivation including traditional follow villager in the implementation of rural governance and function played provides important historical foundation for the construction of new follow villager,village culture order imbalances and energy shortage for the new follow villager provides the opportunity to participate in the rural culture construction space and reality may as well as the government’s emphasis on new follow villager,It provides policy compliance for its participation in rural construction.The internal motivations for new rural sages ’s participation include three reasons: the Serve the native place,the flaunting of moral feelings and the practice of local feelings,and from the five roles of their own unique roles in cultural inheritance,value guidance,organization and coordination,regulation and relief,and development promotion,they discuss how new rural sages participates in the construction of rural culture.Third,it is pointed out that the current Resources of New rural sages have not been fully activated,the sense of identity and belonging of the New rural sages group is not strong,and the initiative to participate in rural culture is not strong and the way is limited,and the reasons for the dilemma are analyzed,pointing out that the main body of the county sage itself has limited ability,the rural society is seriously hollowed out from the social atmosphere,the loss of New rural sages is serious,and the System level of New rural sages is not perfect enough,making the New rural sages play difficult;finally,adhere to the people-oriented,the use of basic Marxist methods to attract New rural sages from strengthening government guidance to attract New rural sages to gather Cultivate the New rural sages group,strengthen the management of the New rural sages by the party and the government,carry forward the New rural sages culture and tap the resources of the New rural sages,so as to improve the recognition of the New rural sages and give play to the unique role of the New rural sages in rural culture and rural revitalization.
