Investigation on present situation ofdemand for pension services including financial assistance, life care, health care andspiritual comfort home; status of institutions, services and facilities and funds ofendowment service supply. Based on the investigation, from the Changzhi city policyand organization, the old-age home service satisfaction degree and satisfaction degree ofthe three aspects are analyzed, assessed by the home care service development level ofthe typical community of Changzhi city evaluation system method, obtains thepower community home care service supply and demand, the supply of basic old-agehome service; community in Ankang is shortage; a serious shortageof Changzhou service community home endowment supply. From theabove conclusion, the service of aged care at home in Changzhi City, the supply anddemand imbalance exists generally, and the differences between the larger community.Establish and improve the old-age home service system should be the result ofsupply and demand, empirical investigation of reference and different types ofurban home care service. As a small city, also need to combine the practical, mainlyfrom two aspects of construction and improving service of traditional community carefor the aged and the new community home-based care services to take measures, topromote the healthy development of home-based care services system.
