Research On The Method Of Inventory Control Of Military Industry Group Company

In recent years,with the frequent occurrence of COVID-19 at home and abroad and the increasing complexity of the global situation,we need strong national defense strength to escort the prosperity and development of our country.In this context,as an important supporting force for national defense and security,the military industry group company has developed rapidly in the past few years,and the production capacity and inventory level are at a historical high.Affected by the obstruction of the great cycle of economic globalization and the decline of national macroeconomic growth,many military industrial units have serious overcapacity,and the inventory has increased year by year,which has brought high risks to the normal operation of the units.At the same time,because the military industry group company is different from the general production and manufacturing enterprises,its inventory usually has the characteristics of high price,wide variety,poor liquidity and long periodicity,which makes the inventory control of military enterprises particularly important.From the current situation,there are still many problems in the inventory control of China’s military industry group companies,and the practical operation methods of control still need to be improved;How to formulate a set of more effective inventory control methods,improve inventory level,activate stock assets,improve capital use efficiency,and control inventory quantity within a reasonable range is of great practical significance to enterprises.At present,the theoretical research on inventory control by scholars at home and abroad is relatively comprehensive,and the practical methods of inventory control in most production and manufacturing fields are also more thorough,but the research on the practical methods of inventory control in the subdivision of inventory control of military enterprises is not deep enough.Through field investigation in daily work and reading of relevant literature,this paper completes the collection of data related to inventory control of large military units;and carries out thesis research with the help of research methods such as case study method and chart analysis method;according to the idea of passing the current situation,discovering problems,analyzing problems,proposing measures,and improving the current situation,and taking the typical military group A as an example,the practical research on the inventory control of military group companies is carried out.In this paper,through the study of the practical methods of inventory control of military group companies by taking the inventory control of group A group company as an example,first of all,the inventory control of the military group company has four main problems of unsatisfactory financial indicators,untimely information feedback,low efficiency of management processes and limited service levels of personnel;secondly,in the face of these problems,in-depth analysis is found to be caused by the lack of goal guidance,poor level of informatization,low coordination ability of various links and insufficient professional talents;finally,In view of the actual inventory control problems,the following four optimization measures are summarized,one is to enhance the quantitative control goal of inventory,the second is to improve the level of enterprise information management,the third is to strengthen the coordination ability of all aspects of inventory,and the fourth is to enhance the construction of inventory professional talent team.Through the study of the practical methods of inventory control of military group companies,while providing effective solutions to the inventory control problems of military group companies,it also provides certain reference value for the inventory control work of other similar units.
