The Study About Relevant Theories On The Inventory Control In The Mode Of SCM

Studying the theory and method of SCM, for improving the management levels and competitive power of enterprises of our country, tackling the challenge of entering the WTO, has very important theory meaning and realistic meaning. Among them, the inventory question has been a difficult question of management all the time, and been a difficult problem of perplexing enterprises of our country all the time too, if the inventory problem can be solved better, benefit made will be very remarkable. What this dissertation studied is inventory control in the mode of SCM.First of all, this dissertation recommends the current situation of supply chain management and inventory control study both at home and abroad among introduction, and in the following explains relevant theories on the inventory control in the mode of SCM, including the supply chain theory, supply chain management theory, and the inventory control theory in the mode of SCM, and analyzes the method and existing problem of traditional inventory control.Then, this dissertation explains three typical inventory control methods in the mode of SCM in detail, namely joint manage inventory (JMI), vendor manage inventory (VMI) and Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment (CPFR). Analyses their management thought and implementing method especially, and on the basis of analyzing the defect of VMI, point out that CPFR is the developing direction of the inventory control technology.There are lot's of inventory control issues of supply chain, the methods aimed at them are more varied, but mostly can't hold from the generality of inventory control issue, and all have their special conditions used. Chapter four of this dissertation is on the basis of analyzing the types of multiple inventory control strategy, sets up the inventory control models of single periodic and multi-periodic separately in terms of periodicity, and through charge example proves single periodic inventory control model, and to the multi-periodic inventory control model, must be in virtue of the computer .Finally, aims at the current situation of supply chain inventory control lacks evaluating performance, this dissertation puts forward the necessity and principle of inventory control evaluating performance, and sets up the index system of inventory control evaluating performance, explains the meaning of every index in detail, and carries on illegibility synthesis judgment to the index system of inventory control at the same time.This dissertation carries on quite overall research to the inventory control question, not only includes the theory methods, but also contains mathematics prove model and evaluating performance system, settle good foundation for furthering investigate the inventory control question of supply chain.
