Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Land Law Enforcement In Gaoyou City

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that to "firmly hold the red line of 1.8 billion acres of arable land",it is gradually becoming a "must answer" question for grassroots governments to coordinate the balance between economic development and arable land protection.In the process of modernization,land has become an important element of economic development,especially in fields such as agriculture,industry,housing,and infrastructure.The use of land resources is becoming increasingly frequent,but this demand often leads to conflicts in land ownership,use rights,and distribution rights,and land issues are increasingly attracting public attention.In recent years,with the rapid economic development of Gaoyou City,the demand for construction land continues to rise,and illegal land occupation cases occur from time to time.At the same time,there are many problems in the land law enforcement and supervision work of Gaoyou City,such as the difficulty in finding illegal land acts,the difficulty in supervising land use,the difficulty in investigating and punishing illegal buildings,and the difficulty in stopping special illegal subjects.The pressure on land law enforcement and supervision is increasing.In this context,the land law enforcement and supervision department of Gaoyou City is required to constantly improve the efficiency of land law enforcement and supervision,so as to more quickly and efficiently curb illegal land use.Therefore,the study of land law enforcement and supervision in Gaoyou City has important practical significance.This paper starts from the current situation of land violations in Gaoyou City,and uses research methods such as literature survey,case analysis,and statistical analysis to explain the role of the government in land law enforcement and supervision in four aspects:the establishment of Gaoyou City’s land law enforcement system and mechanism,the main responsibilities of Gaoyou City’s land law enforcement and supervision,the work procedures of Gaoyou City’s land law enforcement and supervision,and the effectiveness of Gaoyou City’s land law enforcement and supervision,Comprehensively sorted out the status quo of the function performance of the land law enforcement agencies in Gaoyou City,deeply explored the problems and causes of the land law enforcement supervision in Gaoyou City,and proposed countermeasures and suggestions such as strengthening the construction of the government’s land law enforcement team,optimizing the land law enforcement management system,improving the laws and regulations of land law enforcement supervision,and constructing the land law enforcement supervision mechanism,so as to improve the performance of the functions of the law enforcement supervision agencies in Gaoyou City,Better promote the social and economic development of Gaoyou City.
