Research On The Interaction Between Local Government And Public Online Demand

In the Internet age,the communication between the government and the public has undergone profound changes,and the online appeal platform has become an important and unique communication platform.The public uses cyberspace to express their demands,participate in social governance,and supervise government behavior.The government uses the new Internet media to provide convenient services,respond to social concerns,and enhance mutual trust between the government and the people.This paper takes the political system theory as the theoretical perspective,mainly uses text word frequency analysis and logistic regression analysis research methods,and starts from the political system elements such as environment,input,output,and feedback,to analyze the 2020-2021 Jilin channel of the "Leadership Message Board" of People’s Daily Online.The research was carried out on public appeal message information,local government reply information and public satisfaction evaluation information.Firstly,the extraction and analysis of the public appeal message shows that,compared with the local government leaders,the public is more inclined to leave a message for the leaders of the local party committee,and the prefecture-level and county-level message areas show stronger public appeals than the provincial-level message areas.Absorptive capacity,the daily public appeals show a peak and valley distribution,and the appeals on weekdays are significantly higher than those on holidays,and they are mainly complaints,help-seeking and consultation messages,focusing on issues in areas such as urban construction.Secondly,code the government response sample information,set whether the message gets a response and the response speed as the dependent variable,and the week of the public message,the time of the message,the level of the administrative region of the message,the type of the message,and the field of the message as the independent variables.Logistic regression analysis finds that the independent variables and There is a significant correlation between the dependent variables.Under the condition that other influencing factors remain unchanged,selecting the county-level message area for appeal input on Sunday can obtain a higher probability of processing and a faster response speed;assuming the evaluation of public satisfaction as the dependent variable,the government The length of the reply text and the reply speed are used as independent variables.The analysis shows that the faster the government responds,the higher the public satisfaction evaluation can be obtained.The length of the government reply text has no significant impact on the level of public satisfaction.Finally,an overview of the current effectiveness of government-civilian network interaction: relying on the platform to widely absorb public appeals,the public’s enthusiasm for online political participation,and the promotion of functional departments to change their work styles;Lack of interactive feedback;in view of the existing problems,the path selection for optimizing government-civilian network interaction is proposed from the elements of environment,input,output,and feedback: cultivate a high-quality service-oriented culture,guide the standardized expression of network appeals;train artificial intelligence to identify appeals,Broaden the channels for expressing online appeals;strengthen the professionalism of public officials,and improve the coordination mechanism of functional departments.
