Research On Evaluation Indicators Of Government APP Data Service Quality Based On Online Review

With the rapid development of government APP,people have put forward higher requirements for its data service quality.Since the improvement of the data service quality of the government APP cannot keep up with the high requirements of citizens,it exposes many problems,including the accuracy,timeliness,completeness and other aspects of the data,which may bring trouble to users using the APP and even adversely affect the government affairs institutions.In order to ensure the quality of data services,government agencies need to strengthen the supervision and management of data service quality,especially strict control over data sources,data collection and data processing.Among them,online comments are one of the important ways for users to evaluate government apps,which provide an important source for government agencies to understand their service quality,and government agencies can understand the needs of the public and further improve the quality of data services.The research object of this paper is Traffic Management 12123,first analyze and study the relevant literature and materials in recent years,clarify the basic status quo of research in related fields so far,and explain the conceptual definition and theoretical basis involved in the research.At the same time,on this basis,4 first-level indicators and 16 second-level indicators of the government APP data service quality evaluation system were determined,and the Delphi method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey and revise the evaluation system according to the questionnaire suggestions,and a government APP data service quality evaluation index system was preliminarily proposed.Secondly,the analytic hierarchy method is used to determine the weights of various evaluation indicators and pass the consistency test to prove that the data obtained in this paper are within a reasonable range.Thirdly,Python is used to collect and process the online comment data of the government APP,take 16 second-level indicators as the classification nodes,use machine learning to classify them,obtain the number of comments with the satisfaction level of the government APP under each second-level index,and finally use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to conduct specific evaluation,obtain the evaluation results,and give suggestions to improve the service quality of the government APP data.
