The study mainly focuses on the role of women as crucial in the success of peace and democracy.Women must be involved in all decision-making stages to prevent conflict from achieving an inclusive,practical peace and national reform process.Myanmar has been plagued by civil war for decades.Addressing fundamental factors such as gender inequality is essential to build long-lasting peace.Science and technology education should be equally accessible to both boys and girls on an equal basis.The study suggests that women must access decision-making and job possibilities in order to participate in all sectors of the economy and participate in education.It will be feasible to observe the differences in women’s living standards and lives with the knowledge received through education connected to primary education that is required for all children,providing gender-based education beginning in the classroom.The curriculum is dependent on women;for the frail housewife,it is important to make changes to the mother’s description,etc.Women may have more employment prospects as their education levels rise,and they may eventually hold positions of power like those in the Judiciary,Representation of women in administrative roles in legislation and there will be more protection for women’s rights and adopt the legislation required to comprehend the capacity decline of women;planning and preparing.By offering assistance to boost involvement in the education sector,which is a crucial need,there is a need to improve in many different domains.In addition,there is a greater need for effective gender mainstreaming training to enhance skills and leadership.
