A Study Of The Chinese Communist Party’s Political Mobilization Of Intellectuals In The National Unification Area During The War Of Resistance

Over the past hundred years since the founding of the Communist Party of China(CPC),it has always attached great importance to political mobilization.During the war period,in the face of the complex social environment,the CPC used correct mobilization methods and strategies to mobilize intellectuals in the National Unification Area,consolidating and developing the anti-Japanese national united front.Today,China is in the midst of a historical flood of changes that the world has not seen in a century,and the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation requires the use of talents from all over the world.Therefore,the study of the CPC’s political mobilization of intellectuals in the National Unification Area during the war period can help provide theoretical roots and practical inspiration for the CPC to formulate a scientific intellectual policy in the new era,and better enlighten the experience of using various talents to promote socialist modernization in the new era.The thesis takes the political mobilization of intellectuals in the National Unification Area by the Chinese Communist Party during the War of Resistance as the research object,and elaborates on the practical measures of political mobilization of intellectuals in the NUA by the Chinese Communist Party from the theoretical and practical basis of political mobilization of intellectuals in the NUA.That is,through specific measures such as transforming intellectuals’ ideological understanding,caring for intellectuals’ living conditions,expanding intellectuals’ voice positions,respecting intellectuals’ social status,and protecting intellectuals’ lives and safety,the political mobilization of intellectuals in the National Unification Area was successfully carried out.The study also evaluates the effectiveness of political mobilization,concluding that political mobilization has increased the political identity of intellectuals in the National Unification Area;played the propaganda and leading role of intellectuals in the National Unification Area;preserved intellectual elites in the National Unification Area and strengthened the Party’s anti-war force;established the anti-Japanese cultural united front and launched the cultural anti-war movement.However,there are problems in political mobilization,such as the single target of mobilization and insufficient mobilization of intellectuals at the bottom.The historical overview and experience summary of the CPC’s political mobilization of intellectuals in the National Unification Area during the war period provide valuable experience for the Party to carry out intellectual work in the new era.Specifically,the formulation of correct intellectual policies is the premise of successful mobilization;the Party’s mobilization strategy is the guarantee of successful mobilization;flexible and diverse forms are the basis of successful mobilization;and correct decision-making by the leadership collective is the core of successful mobilization.Facing the second century goal,it is even more important to strengthen the Party’s overall leadership of intellectuals,attach importance to the strategic position and important role of intellectuals,and raise the political standing of the majority of intellectuals through modernized political mobilization methods,so as to consolidate and develop the united front in the new era and help achieve Chinese-style modernization.
