Research On The Influence Of Government Data Opening On The Operation Of Government Power

At present,the rapid development of the Internet and information technology and the integration of social production and living intersection are closely related to every social subject.This has jointly promoted the widespread application of data technology.Our country is actively implementing the policy of government data opening.The opening of government data is the further development of government information disclosure in the digital age,and it has become an important strategy of my country’s development and a new normal in society.Based on the logic of the operation of government power and the perspective of government data opening,this paper analyzes the changes and problems brought by the opening of government data to the operation of government power,and explores the regulation of government power operation under the background of the opening of government data,in order to provide benefits for the standardization of the operation of government power.The main body of this paper is divided into five parts.First,discuss the research background of this paper,the previous research results,research methods and the innovation of this paper.Second,we will overview the opening of government data.By defining related concepts such as government information disclosure,discuss the openness,norms and power attributes of the open behavior of government data itself and introduces the value of the opening of government data,which makes the opening of government data understand and lays a foundation for the further understanding of the impact of government data opening on the operation of government power.Third,analyze the impact of the opening of government data on government power operation logic.As the oil of the digital era,data has become the basis of power.The implementation of the government data opening policy has an impact on the relationship structure and operation mechanism of the traditional government power and reshaped the operation mechanism of the government power.This makes the new characteristics of the government’s power operation mechanism presenting the flat power structure,the spread of the power system,the invisibility of the power of power,and the customization of the mechanism of action.Fourth,this paper further introduces the influence of government data opening on the operation process of government power.The opening of government data has a two-sided influence on the procedure,authority and supervision in the process of power operation.While promoting the standardization and scientific process of power operation,it also brings some problems to the process of power operation..For example,the opening process of government data itself is not perfect,the public power may produce the risk of alienation,the expansion of private power challenges the government authority,and the failure of government supervision.Fifth,in the face of the power operation mechanism and the problems generated in the process,through the establishment of the legal concept of government data opening,the establishment of the relevant legal system of government data opening and other suggestions are put forward,in order to solve the problems generated in the process of power operation and the standardization of government power operation.
