Research On The Issues Of Township Governments Promoting Enterprise Emergency Managemen

As the forefront of emergency management,township governments play an irreplaceable role in dealing with emergencies in the region.How to do a good job in emergency management of township governments has become an urgent research topic,especially in the aspect of township government promoting enterprise emergency management.Due to its own reasons,historical legacy and other factors,township governments have some outstanding problems in promoting enterprise emergency management,such as the mixed use of government emergency management personnel,weak emergency management law enforcement capacity of township government departments A series of problems,such as the lack of professional ability of personnel engaged in emergency management,and the fact that government and enterprises work independently in enterprise emergency management,restrict the township government to promote the development of enterprise emergency management.In order to better promote the healthy development of township enterprises,it is necessary to find out the specific problems and causes behind the township government’s promotion of enterprise emergency management,and learn from the good experience of advanced regions.If we want to further promote the progress of emergency management of township enterprises,we must improve the problems existing in the township government’s promotion of enterprise emergency management.Based on this,this paper takes H Town in R City as an example for investigation.First,it defines the relevant concepts and expounds the perspective of governance theory.Secondly,it analyzes the institutional setting of H town government to promote enterprise emergency management,and the main practices and preliminary results of H town government to strengthen enterprise emergency management.Thirdly,it analyzes the problems that H Town government has in promoting enterprise emergency management,and points out that the main reasons for the problems are that the local government’s emergency management concept has not really formed,the cooperative governance mechanism that the government and enterprises participate in is not sound,and the talents,resources and other factors hinder the sound and development of grass-roots emergency management,The foundation of emergency management is not solid.Finally,from the four aspects of strengthening the construction of township emergency management team,enhancing the professional ability of emergency management staff,enhancing the emergency management law enforcement ability of township government departments,and building a government enterprise coordinated emergency management model,the paper puts forward the idea of improving H town government to promote the emergency management of township enterprises.
