Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Happiness Canteen In Q District, Jining Cit

Nowadays,the large number of elderly people in China and the deepening degree of aging have become the focus of social attention.Under the increasingly prominent pressure of old-age care and the uneven distribution of resources,many scholars are constantly exploring the way of home-based old-age care suitable for China ’s national conditions in order to meet the needs of the masses.Among them,due to the limitations of various basic old-age care conditions,the problem of eating in home-based old-age care is still a problem of high concern for the elderly,living alone,and widowed elderly groups.Whether the elderly can eat peace of mind and eat nutrition has become the key to test the effectiveness of old-age care services.How to explore and use existing resources to improve the level of elderly meal service is crucial.As the country pays more and more attention to the quality of life of the elderly,the elderly meal service has been explored and practiced in many areas of China.As a typical inland fourth-tier city,Q District of Jining City,with the continuous outflow of labor force,the proportion of the elderly population is increasing year by year,and the pension problem is prominent.In recent years,the elderly meal service mode of Xing Fu Canteen in Q district of Jining has attracted wide attention from the society.Based on this situation,this study takes the Xing Fu Canteen in Q District as the object,and investigates its specific practice and implementation process.In view of the practical problems found in the survey,based on the theory of collaborative governance and welfare pluralism,through questionnaire survey and interview,this paper summarizes the survey data of the dining group,service group and construction subject of the Xing Fu Canteen in Q District,analyzes the problems and causes in the operation of the Xing Fu Canteen in Q District,analyzes the feasibility and necessity of its future development,and puts forward operational suggestions.In view of the problems of unclear boundaries of powers and responsibilities between collaborative subjects and the loss of participation subjects in the operation of the current elderly meal service such as Xing Fu Canteen,it is necessary to clarify the relationship between the government and other subjects in the actual implementation process,change the traditional thinking of the government as the ’ paddler ’,and strengthen the interaction with other subjects.First of all,the government should play the main role,encourage private enterprises to participate in the meal service,improve the service content;secondly,starting from the needs of the masses,based on actual research to enhance the convenience of services;thirdly,it is necessary to establish a sound financial guarantee mechanism,incorporate the elderly meal service into the special budget,strengthen publicity and mobilize social forces to participate;finally,long-term supervision should be carried out in the supervision mechanism,and third-party institutions should be introduced to conduct irregular visits to improve the satisfaction of the masses.According to the needs of the masses,the methods should be adjusted periodically to ensure the effective and long-term development of the elderly meal service.
