Research On Influential Factors Of Shanghai Community Elderly Meal-assisted Service Satisfaction

In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,the social structure of our country is changing rapidly,and the total number of elderly population is increasing.As the first city to enter the aging society in our country,the aged population in Shanghai was 315.7 million in 2009,and the proportion of the total population was 22.5%.In 2015,the number and ratio were 435.95 million and 30.2%respectively.The increase of the elderly population was 38.1% in 7 years,far exceeding the average level of the national average of 31.6%.Under this background,all kinds of social problems related to the life of the elderly are becoming more and more serious.Among that,the problem of meal is increasingly becoming one of the most concerned problems for the elderly.Since 2008,the Shanghai Municipality had set up the service of building community aged people as a government project,gradually building up a service system for the old food to cover the city,in response to the challenges of aging.This thesis is based on the theory of welfare pluralism,public goods theory,and PZB customer perception service quality model,using SERVPERF evaluation method to build old meal service model.SPSS19.0 software was used to analyze the data obtained from the survey to study the main factors affecting the service satisfaction of the old meal service.This research can be divided into six parts.First one is introduction,it's about research background and significance,purpose and research content.The second part is literature review and theoretical basis.The third part is the status quo and problems of the elderly meal-assisted service in Shanghai community.The forth part is model construction and research hypothesis,it tell us the research model and premise of this article.The fifth part is empirical analysis of data.The final part is how to improve satisfaction of the elderly about elderly meal-assisted service.
