This thesis sets the research objects on employees of high-technology enterprises in Beijing. On the basis of the principle of Human Resource Management, this thesis expounds the whole process of an employee of a Chinese high-tech enterprise, the psychological and behavior change from entering to leaving a company. The writer divides the process into 4 stages. It is melting stage, up-going stage, stabilizing stage and leaving stage. Every employee experiences such 4 stages. In every stage, an employee has different psychological and behavior model.First, the article analyzes the time we are, the source and the important meaning of knowledge workers, then the research meaning, content and method.In second chapter, the thesis introduces relative modern theories.In third chapter, writer introduces the basic thesis, then describes the charactistics and dividing method of the four stages of the employee service cycle. Later writer compares the difference and commons between employee career life theory andemployee service cycle thesis. It points out that employee career life theory researches from the view of employee. The theory describes and plans the whole career life. But employee service cycle tries to describe the psychological and behavior change from entering a company to leaving the company.Based on the analysis of different stages, the thesis points out some comprehensive human resource management solution for every stage.
