The Analysis And Countermeasure For Employee Turnover In New High-tech Enterprise

At the turn of 20~th and 21~th century, the economic competition among countries in the world is showed by the competition of products and service, which is supported by science and technology. However, it is people who grasp and use the science and technology. As to enterprise, human resource is the most valuable and have dynamic role in all of the resources that are finished organization task. The effort of people can remedy defect of other resources, but, other resources can not remedy shortcoming of human resource. So how to attract, use and reserve this resource has been the challenge of the survival and development of the enterprise.New high-tech enterprise is a kind of enterprise specially produced knowledge. Its essential characteristics make it having strong dependence on human resource. Because innovation, information and technology have more and more been component part of product, at the same time , the development of enterprise depends heavily on ability of creating knowledge and technical level, besides, the human resource is supporter of knowledge and technology, so it has been the strategic resource of enterprise.Based on the theories, the article uses KJ and defines the influential factors of employee turnover intention for new high-tech enterprise through the analysis of theoretical research of influential factors of employee turnover, and carries on questionnaire investigation and counts the data analysis of new high-tech enterprise, and attempts to explain the influence degree of all kinds of factors. Furthermore, the article puts forward the effective countermeasures on the controllable factors of enterprise.
