Research On The Problem Of Minors Community Correction In S District Of Shenyang City

The "Community Correction Law" is enforced.Community corrections,a term that is not a new thing but not so widely known,has once again entered the public’s field of vision.Community corrections has entered a new era,and we need to pay more attention.Minors,as a very special group in themselves,make up a small proportion of the number of community corrections,but they are very important.Community corrections started late in my country,but it has developed rapidly.The need for community correction research on minors is obvious.There are still many problems in the practice of minor community corrections in my country,which need to be further summarized and improved.This article investigates the status quo of community corrections for minors by going deep into the front line of community corrections in S District.This article summarizes the problems of minor community corrections in S District from the aspects of the minor community corrections themselves,their families,community corrections workers,and community corrections volunteers,and deeply analyzes the reasons behind the problem such as unsound organizational support and low social investment.For the existing problems,the article puts forward the countermeasures to refine the community correction project,or the Public Security Bureau,Prosecutors,the Court and Judicial Bureau department to cooperate with each other.At the same time,it has also made forward-looking and bold explorations,such as:developing psychological corrections,increasing social attention,and innovating methods of assistance.lt is hoped that the study of community corrections for minors in s district will reflect the model and existing problems of community corrections for minors.Through the method of using points to bring noodles and throwing a brick to attract jade.the article can provide a reference for the study of the community corrections system for minors,and make a modest effort to build a society under the rule of law in our country.
