Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of College Students’ Interpersonal Communication In The Internet Era

In the new era,with the rapid development of Internet digitization and intelligence,the network has broken the time and space restriction of interpersonal communication,greatly changed the mode of communication of people,so that people can communicate more conveniently in the virtual world,and human society has entered a more colorful era marked by the network.As an important force in the Internet era,the post-00s college students have been deeply influenced by the Internet while using it.The use of social media is closely related to the formation of college students’ world outlook,outlook on life and values,including values,ways of thinking and ways of behavior.Network space is the most important life field of college students today,and it is also an important place for their socialization.College students will enter the society from the university campus in the future,and the use of network social media to build a good interpersonal relationship is a key step of college students’ socialization.Through the absorption and reference of Marxist theory,the important discussion of Chinese Communists on the growth and development of young people and network culture,the idea of interpersonal harmony in Chinese traditional culture,the literature research method,the induction and summary method and the questionnaire method to understand the Internet behavior of college students in the aspect of multidimensional personal development in the Internet era.Through the questionnaire survey of college students and combined with their own observation and analysis,the problems existing in the interpersonal communication of college students in the Internet era are obtained,and then the causes of the problems existing in the interpersonal communication of college students in the Internet era are mined,so as to explore practical and effective countermeasures.By analyzing and summarizing the survey results of some colleges and universities,it is found that most college students in the Internet era can properly deal with their interpersonal relationships,and their thoughts and behaviors are reasonable in the network space.However,some college students have negative performance in the aspects of network self-cognition,network communication motivation,network emotion expression,network social behavior and so on.The reasons for its influence include:the impact of market economy environment information diversification,the content of college network interpersonal education needs to be enriched,the diversity of family environment affects interpersonal communication,and the influence of college students’own factors on interpersonal communication.Finally,from the external and internal aspects of the Internet era to correctly guide college students interpersonal communication countermeasures are analyzed,including giving play to the Internet era of social education supporting role,highlighting the Internet era of college education guiding role,pay attention to the Internet era of family education supporting role and stimulate the Internet era of college students self-education main role of four aspects.In the process of solving the problems existing in the interpersonal communication of college students in the Internet era,we should adhere to the unity of the cultivation of various forces and the subjective initiative of college students,educate and help college students accelerate the completion of socialization,improve the quality of talent training,and contribute to the construction of the country and society.
