Research On Urban Ethnic Inter-embedded Community Governance

With the acceleration of urbanization,people of all ethnic groups have gone out of their hometowns to work in cities,increasing the number of residents in some urban communities and complex ethnic composition,which has brought unfavorable factors to social harmony and stability.In recent years,China has attached great importance to the governance of urban ethnicembedded communities,and ethnic-embedded communities have provided a good environment for promoting the exchanges,exchanges,and integration of people of all ethnic groups in China and their orderly integration into urban life.The Party Central Committee has put forward new requirements for ethnic work in the new era to forge a firm sense of the Chinese national community,and ethnic embedded communities,as the basic unit for building a new type of ethnic relations,have the characteristics of publicity,aggregation,and interaction,which are not only related to the construction of residential places of ethnic minority floating population and the improvement of life happiness but also related to how to forge a strong sense of Chinese community in governance practice and build a spiritual home for the people of all ethnic groups.Therefore,improving the efficiency of ethnic-embedded community governance has gradually become an important practical issue in urban community governance.Since the beginning of the 21 st century,while China’s ethnic unity cause has developed,ethnic-embedded community governance is still facing multiple dilemmas,and retrospective community governance theories are difficult to adapt to the new requirements of ethnic-embedded community governance in the current era.Regardless of the complexity of ethnic-embedded communities themselves or or the requirements of the party’s ethnic work in the new era to forge a firm sense of the Chinese national community,the problems arising in the governance of ethnic embedded communities should be paid attention to.the problems arising in the governance of ethnic-embedded communities should be paid attention to.Judging from the current governance situation of Wanxiu Village in Nanning City,there are both achievements and problems.Taking the community of Wanxiu Village in Nanning City as an example,this paper takes raising and solving problems as the basic idea,and uses literature analysis,in-depth interview method,and comparative research method to conduct an in-depth investigation of the community governance and the declaration of ethnic unity and progress demonstration community in Wanxiu Village,Nanning City,and analyzes the governance of the ethnic embedded community in Wanxiu Village.At the same time,the imbalance and embedded differences in the main forces of pluralistic cogovernance in the practice of ethnic-embedded community governance in Wanxiu Village were analyzed,the enthusiasm of people of all ethnic groups to participate in community governance was not high,and the inter-ethnic exchanges of residents were insufficient.By summarizing the three community governance practices of "organizational embedding and political absorption" in Jimingshan Community in Yiwu City,Zhejiang Province,"five-level governance and grid management" in Jinsha Community in Kunming City,Yunnan Province,and "ethnic unity and harmonious community" in Chengdu City,Sichuan Province,this paper provides experienced guidance for the optimization of ethnic embedded community governance path in Wanxiu Village.Therefore,this paper further explores the improvement countermeasures applicable to ethnicembedded community governance from the aspects of multi-subject cooperation and interaction,strengthening organizational guarantees,encouraging community residents to actively participate in ethnic-embedded community governance,and promoting the construction of the common spirit of the Chinese nation,to provide useful experience for ethnic embedded community governance in China.
