Community Governance Model A Rooted Study On The Ethnic Inter-embedded

Since 2022,according to the new situation,new problems and new challenges facing China’s ethnic work,the Party Central Committee has proposed at the Central Ethnic Work Conference to "build a common spiritual home of the Chinese nation and promote exchanges,exchanges and blending of all ethnic groups",so that the people of all ethnic groups can truly achieve "co-living,learning,working together and enjoying together" in production and life.Based on the above background,based on the actual situation of ethnic exchanges in Tibet,this paper selects the Ji Benggang community in Lhasa City as a research case,and takes the theory of social support as the concept and paradigm for studying ethnic embedded community governance.At present,there is still room for embedded theoretical and practical research based on the perspective of social support and community micro-level.Therefore,the logical starting point and motivation of this study stems from the current reality and the need for theoretical expansion.This paper selects the Ji Benggang community of Lasa City as the research object,and analyzes its governance model and its shortcomings.Through the field investigation of the Ji Benggang community,it was found that under the condition of consistent natural conditions,the governance level of the Ji Benggang community is excellent.The community of Ji Benggang has innovated its governance methods and formed a "1+N" governance model.The effective application of this model is the practical basis for constructing the ethnic embedded community governance model in this paper.Based on this,this paper uses the three-level coding rooted in theory to construct a map of ethnic embedded community governance mode,and its elements mainly include seven categories:supporting subject,supporting object,single-dimensional support,embedding mode,community public space and optimization mode.In the first category,the support subjects include directly subordinate government management departments,co-located and co-built units,community comprehensive service centers,community organizations and community volunteers;The second category,single-dimensional support,including resource support;The third category,community communication space,including offline communication space and online communication platform;The fourth category,subject embedding mode,strong relationship embedding,and the fifth category,supporting objects,that is,community residents;The sixth category,object participation,that is,passive participation,low participation;The seventh category,optimization methods,multi-dimensional support,weak relationship embedding,community organization classification.Finally,according to the conclusions of this study,it is proposed to promote the participation of community multi-support subjects and promote the precise supply of social support,so as to further improve the governance level of ethnic embedded communities.The innovation of this paper: by introducing social support theory and embedded theory,combined with the analysis method of rooted theory,the interview text data obtained are coded and analyzed,and two new views are found: first,in terms of social support subjects,the addition of external social support subjects can make the division of labor of community services more refined and accurate,and then it is easier to improve the specialization and precision of community services;Second,in terms of social support content,in ethnic embedded communities,residents of all ethnic groups pay more attention to whether their emotional needs can be met than the satisfaction of material needs.
