Research On Optimization Of Local Government College Students’ Entrepreneurship Policy

At present,the country attaches great importance to the entrepreneurship of college students,and the policy implementation effect of local governments at all levels is an important factor affecting their smooth progress.With the implementation of policies to increase enrollment,the number of college graduates has continued to rise,and multiple factors such as the COVID-19 pandemic have made the job market more complex and challenging for college students.In this context,entrepreneurship has become an increasingly important means of relieving employment difficulties.Local governments are actively studying and formulating policies to encourage and support college students’ entrepreneurship.However,the effectiveness of these policies is limited and still unable to meet public demand or achieve expected results.Therefore,effectively utilizing policy measures to promote innovation and entrepreneurship among college students remains a challenge.This study uses methods such as questionnaire surveys,interviews,and field visits to systematically analyze the current status of entrepreneurship policies for college students in W District of S City.Using the Smith execution process model as an analysis framework,the study delves into the policies for college student entrepreneurship.The research found that the implementation of current policies faces certain difficulties and problems,such as college students lacking confidence and ability in entrepreneurship,a weak entrepreneurial atmosphere,which also hinders the implementation of policies’ effectiveness.To solve these problems,this study puts forward some suggestions to optimize the entrepreneurship policy of college students.In terms of policy,optimize the implementation steps of the entrepreneurship support policy to increase the financial support for college students;in the implementation subject,improve the professional personnel team and strengthen the cooperative construction of the executive agency;in the target group,strengthen the entrepreneurship education and training for college students to improve their entrepreneurial ability;in the entrepreneurial environment,establish and improve the implementation supervision mechanism and improve the platform for college students.These measures are expected to promote the implementation of local government policies for college students to start their own businesses,provide better support and guarantee for college students to start their own businesses,and further alleviate the employment difficulties.The findings and suggestions of this study provide reference and inspiration for local governments to optimize policies to support entrepreneurship among college students and also provide inspiration for subsequent research.
