| The rapid advancement of new-type urbanization has pushed urban construction and development to a new stage,and the level of urban economic development has been significantly improved,and the economic,political and cultural functions of cities have been comprehensively improved.At the same time,the sustainable livelihoods of landless farmers are highlighted by the forced departure from their ancestral land and their migration from rural communities to urban community life,confined to a single livelihood capital.Based on governance theory,new public service theory and sustainable livelihood theory,this study explores the role of community in providing public services in the employment process of landless farmers.Communities should promote the active employment of landless farmers after losing their land,protect the most basic living rights and interests of landless farmers,and provide high-quality service supply for landless farmers in urban life sustainability,so that landless farmers can better integrate into the community and into the city,build a beautiful community,and achieve social stability.Community public services for the employment of landless farmers include vocational training,employment information release,employment and entrepreneurship support,and social security welfare subsidies.The study found that community public services for landless farmers play an important role in promoting their employment and sustainable livelihoods.In the process of new-type urbanization,the focus of social governance has shifted downward,governance resources have sunk to communities,and grassroots communities,as an important part of cities,how to establish a participatory expression mechanism for landless farmers,enrich the livelihood capital of this group,reduce external risks,improve the employment quality and sustainable livelihood of landless farmers,and cooperation and interaction between communities,governments,and markets is also the key to providing efficient public services.Therefore,we need to explore more effective community governance methods to provide more complete and effective public employment services for landless farmers by strengthening the multi-party participation of communities,enterprises,citizens,social organizations,etc. |
