| With the vigorous development of digital applications,digital government has become a new way to drive the modernization of national governance.The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)clearly puts forward the thought of people-centered development,and at the same time makes an important plan to speed up the construction of Digital China.The construction of digital government is an indispensable part of digital China strategy.To promote economic development through technology and apply digital technology to government management,it is necessary to build a satisfying digital government.Therefore,it is very important to evaluate the satisfaction of digital government.This thesis is based on Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs model and the New Public Service Theory,this thesis constructs a demand-service framework for the satisfaction of digital government,and measures and evaluates the satisfaction of digital government.First,the index system is established based on the demand-service framework.Secondly,take Beijing as an example to evaluate the public’s satisfaction with digital government.Finally,the analysis of the factors affecting the satisfaction of digital government,find that gender,age,income and so on will have an impact on the satisfaction of digital government. |
