Research On Public Satisfaction With Public Service And Its Influencing Factors

Since the introduction of official public service at the 16 th Plenary Session of the Communist Party of China in 2006,public services have begun to undertake the task of ensuring and improving people's livelihood and promoting social fairness and justice.With the development of social economy,public services are closely related to people's livelihood and play an important role in ensuring the basic life of the public.In addition,the 19 th CPC national congress also pointed out that in order to grow better at ensuring and improving people's wellbeing,we should improve the public service system,ensure people's basic quality of life,keep up with people's ever-growing needs for a better life,and continue to promote social fairness and justice.However,with the improvement of education degree and income level,the public's demand for better public services also increases.In addition,the current public service system has problems,such as unbalanced allocation and the difference between urban and rural levels of public services,so the public's satisfaction level with public services is also different.Therefore,it is particularly urgent to study the influencing factors of public service satisfaction and the differences between urban and rural factors and to propose targeted countermeasures accordingly.This paper mainly adopts literature research,factor analysis,descriptive statistics,and structural equation model analysis methods,based on the literature analysis of domestic and foreign public service and public service satisfaction influencing factors.Using the large sample data of Chinese General Social Survey(CGSS2015),the structural equation model of the factors affecting public service satisfaction is established,and the differences and influence effects of the influencing factors are verified.Based on this,the countermeasures to improve the satisfaction of public services and promote the development of public services are proposed.Through the study,public service quality perception,quality of life perception and income level have a positive impact on public service satisfaction and the impact effects are 0.424,0.351,0.003.There is no direct correlation between education level and public service satisfaction,but education level can influence other factors indirectly to achieve positive effects on public service satisfaction.In addition,through multi-group analysis,it is found that the influence of various factors between urban and rural areas on public service satisfaction is different.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures,such as increasing policy input and financial support for public service resources,conducting scientific research on the public's reasonable demand for public service,promoting educational fairness and improving public income level,so as to promote the development of public service and the improvement of public service satisfaction level.
