Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Construction Of Characteristic Countrysides In Wuzhong,Suzhou

In order to promote the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and comprehensively address the "three rural" issues,Jiangsu Province proposes to carry out the construction of characteristic rural areas.The connotation is to organically combine rural production,rural life,and rural ecology,achieving a rural life landscape of beautiful ecological environment,strong industrial development,rich farmers’ lives,and good rural civilization,as an important support for the overall development and promotion of rural economy and society.As a typical example of southern Jiangsu,Wuzhong District of Suzhou City has made initial achievements in building characteristic rural areas.However,with the further integration and development between urban and rural areas,rural development demands are becoming more complex,The construction of characteristic rural areas in Wuzhong District is faced with problems such as homogeneity of rural style and features,shortage of construction funds,limited space for village development,scarcity of high-quality characteristic industries,and shortage of rural construction talents,which restrict the high-quality development of characteristic rural areas.The main reasons are that the planning is not scientific enough,the construction mechanism has shortcomings,the industrial development is limited,and the participation factors are lack of vitality.This paper uses literature research,case analysis,interview and other research methods,by learning from the advanced practices and excellent experience of rural construction at home and abroad,and systematically combs the current situation,problems and causes of the construction of characteristic rural areas in Wuzhong District,and studies how to use the concept of "joint construction" to let the government,villagers,grass-roots party organizations,social capital and other forces participate in the construction of characteristic rural areas.From the four aspects of changing the planning preparation method,improving the village governance system,improving the quality and efficiency of industrial development,and enriching the connotation of the elements of participation,specific countermeasures are proposed for the construction of characteristic pastoral villages in Wuzhong District.At the same time,it also provides reference and reference for high-quality construction of characteristic pastoral villages in other regions,and explores replicable and promotable models and paths for the comprehensive implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
