Research On Rural Moral Construction In The Background Of New Countryside

The issues of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" is to be solved the significant task of contemporary social and economic development in Chinese rural areas. Without stability and progress of rural areas, there can be no stability and the progress of Chinese society as a whole. Without comprehensive well-off in rural areas, it is out of the questions to have the social overall well. Without the improving ideological and moral qualities of famers and the degree of civilization in rural areas, there will be no long-term harmony and stability in rural areas. The Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC, further affirmed "Socialist New Countryside" construction, which is the production development, well-off life, rural civilization, clean and tidy village and democratic management as a goal. The rural moral construction is an organic part of the construction of the New Socialist Countryside, and also one of the important contents of the socialist spiritual civilization construction. Strengthening the rural moral construction is an important part of the party and government work in rural areas, but also the goal of the new rural construction tasks. Due to the rural social changes, weakness of the moral education and other reasons were leading to the moral problems in the rural public life, production activities and family life.Therefore we propose to strengthen rural and Morality Construction:economic development consolidate foundation of the rural moral construction; uphold the Party’s leadership in rural morality construction, and mobilization social forces to promote rural morality construction; promote the cultural construction in rural areas enrich people spiritual life; and bring into play the role of information technology in the moral construction, explore the moral construction accord with rural society.
