Research On The Supervision Mechanism Of Grassroots Microcorruption Governance In Rural Areas Of China

The concept of micro corruption originated from corruption.Like corruption,it is the act of using one’s own control and domination power to seek illegitimate benefits for oneself or others.Unlike corruption,micro corruption refers to the act of seeking improper benefits through the abuse of micro power.Micro power,due to its small characteristics,is easily overlooked in regulation,and the attitude of the people is also more ambiguous.However,its occurrence is mostly at the grassroots level and often related to the vital interests of the people.Therefore,the supervision and control of micro power should be valued.With the advancement of the rural revitalization strategy and the continuous decentralization of power,many subjects who originally did not have the qualifications to exercise power have begun to have the qualifications to exercise power.The exercise of micro power has become increasingly diverse,which also provides more space for the problem of micro corruption caused by the abuse of micro power.The issue of micro corruption at the grassroots level in rural areas erodes the national institutional system,harms the fundamental interests of the people,and hinders the modernization of rural governance and the construction of rural civilization.The emergence of these problems is closely related to the backwardness of the supervision mechanism.The supervision mechanism for grassroots micro corruption governance in rural areas urgently needs new ideas.Based on the research on the governance of micro corruption at the grassroots level in rural China,from the perspective of supervision,we can explore and construct a supervision mechanism for the governance of micro corruption at the grassroots level in rural areas.There are dual internal and external dilemmas in the supervision of micro corruption governance at the grassroots level in rural areas.External supervision dilemmas include the absence of supervision,lagging public opinion supervision,and virtual village affairs supervision.Internal dilemmas include inadequate construction of grassroots party organizations in rural areas,inadequate cultural education for clean governance in rural areas,and incomplete democratic construction throughout the entire process in rural areas.In response to these difficulties,by analyzing the reasons,this article proposes a new approach to building a supervision mechanism for corruption governance at the grassroots level in rural areas.Strengthen the external supervision system by expanding the supervision and supervision system,innovating public opinion supervision methods,and improving the village affairs disclosure system;We will improve the internal supervision mechanism by building a vertical supervision system,strengthening the integrity education of village cadres and improving the democratic system in the whole process.At the same time,establish a supervision and evaluation system and assessment mechanism,and further improve the supervision mechanism.
