Research On The Dynamic Mechanism Of Independent Innovation Of State-owned Enterprises In The New Era

Improving the hope of industry and independent innovation is an inevitable thing to promote high economic quality.What the state-owned enterprise seeks for great cause is to make peace,and it can be its foundation."Few years,under the firm leadership of the Party Central Committee,all sectors of society have vigorously supported scientific and technological innovation,the innovation level and innovation ability of state-owned enterprises have been significantly improved,and a series of scientific and technological innovation achievements have continued to emerge,and major historical achievements have been achieved.However,while achieving achievements,there are also problems such as insufficient innovation motivation of entrepreneurs and high-level R&D personnel,low efficiency of R&D results transformation,and imperfect policies and environment for the use of international scientific and technological resources,and the deep cause of these problems is that the innovation power mechanism is not perfect,and the initiative and enthusiasm of innovation need to be improved.Therefore,under the guidance of Marxist innovation thought,the innovation theory of major Western scholars and the innovation thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics,this paper explores the sources of independent innovation power of state-owned enterprises,and designs mechanisms to enhance the independent innovation power of state-owned enterprises in view of their current problems,including strengthening the guidance of party building,internal power mechanism:improving the salary mechanism,establishing a high-level R&D department,internal and external training in entrepreneurship,and external power mechanism:strengthening intellectual property protection and improving the market competition mechanism.The establishment of a fault-correcting and fault-tolerant mechanism and the integration of global innovation resources have jointly driven state-owned enterprises to improve their independent innovation capabilities.Finally,according to the above research,suggestions are put forward to improve the independent innovation power mechanism of state-owned enterprises and improve the independent innovation ability of state-owned enterprises,so as to give full play to the leading role of state-owned enterprises in the national innovation-driven development strategy.
