| The number of students in higher vocational colleges is constantly surging,and competition for students is increasingly intensified.Due to the repeated COVID-19,their employment is facing a series of practical challenges.Therefore,taking S vocational college as a typical case,in-depth discussion of its employment quality is of great practical significance for promoting the transformation of vocational college students from "going to work" to "going to work" and successfully completing high-quality job hunting.Firstly,this study adopts questionnaire survey method,interview method and other methods,finds that the employment rate of S vocational college remains high.In addition,the employment effect of students from competitive majors is remarkable,the employment form is mainly flexible employment,the employment industry is most in manufacturing industry,and the employment region is mainly concentrated in the province.Secondly,this study builds an evaluation index system of S vocational college students’ employment quality,and carries out empirical analysis on this basis.Overall evaluation,according to the results of S vocational students’ employment quality results in general,jobs better evaluation results,pay wages,job characteristics,subjective identity evaluation results,and there are some problems: the employment rate is high but the quality of employment generally,pay salary,job level is not high,poor working conditions,job satisfaction,not master.The causes of these problems are various,such as policy support to be increased,the level of school education to be improved,the concept of employers to be improved,the comprehensive ability of students to be enhanced.In the end,this study constructed the ascension S optimization strategy of the higher vocational students’ employment quality,emphasis on the implementation of student guidance,body coordination,quality basic concept,give attention to two or morethings to build multiple strategies,namely,intensify policy support,optimization of school education resources,improve the enterprise concept,to improve students’ comprehensive ability of choose and employ persons,and to establish and perfect a series of security measures,Such as strengthening organizational leadership,promoting supervision and accountability,strengthening public opinion guidance,building data platforms. |
