Evaluation Of The Regulatory Effect Of Urban Road Traffic Management In M City

General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out“ five major urban diseases” on the Central Urban Work Conference.Among them,four major urban diseases were related to traffic management,and traffic congestion and travel difficulty were ranked second and third respectively.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has also repeatedly mentioned keywords such as transportation power and smart transportation.As a public good,urban road traffic directly reflects the level of local government’s public management and public service.Therefore,to improve the level of urban road traffic management based on humanism and meet the most basic travel needs of the masses in daily life has become a significant subject of the development of The Times.At present,with the quick urban integration paces and the continuous growth of car ownership,M city,as a small city,is also faced with traffic management problems such as difficult parking and driving,difficult traffic disorder and so on.All these problems directly affect the economic growth of M city and the standard of living of citizens.The level of urban road traffic management in M city can be improved to a certain extent by thinking and innovating from the perspective of serviceoriented government construction and taking three steps to find problems,analyze problems and solve problems.This paper first explained the related concepts and theories of road traffic management,and expounded the current situation of urban road traffic management in M city.Then,the urban road traffic management effect index evaluation system of M city has been built in 13 aspects,including public transport capacity,complete traffic facilities,road traffic congestion,traffic order and bus line setting based on the analytic hierarchy process,and the effect of urban road traffic management in M city was systematically analyzed by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,adhered to the problem-oriented,targeted from improving the public transport construction,enhancing the traffic facilities construction and operation and maintenance,improving the road traffic dredging capacity,strengthening the road traffic efficiency,come up to the measures and proposals to enhance the effect of urban road traffic management in M city.It provided some reference for building a harmonious livable city and creating a safe and orderly road traffic environment.
