Therefore, scientific carries on the urban road the traffic safety management, enhances the urban road traffic safety management the efficiency, can effectively prevent and reduce the urban road traffic safety accident the occurrence, enhances the urban road the traffic safety performance. This article structure including following five parts:Chapter1, Introduction. This chapter details the topics of the research background, domestic and international development status and trends, research purpose and significance, as well as the content of the study and methods.Chapter Ⅱ, urban road traffic safety management. This chapter first describes the concept and characteristics of urban road traffic safety management, analysis of the impact of urban road traffic safety factors to reveal the mechanism of influencing factors lead to traffic accidents, discusses security safety impact factors should satisfy the conditions for the development of road safety improvement measures to provide guidance; Secondly, the main reason of the urban road traffic accidents and preventive measures, which reveals the importance of traffic safety management; final analysis of urban traffic safety management planning, and planning the overall design, the basic framework and implementation detail.Chapter III, urban road traffic safety evaluation. This chapter is one of the main body of the paper, first determine the definition and scope of urban road traffic safety evaluation, common methods of urban road traffic safety evaluation, and then analyzes the influencing factors of urban road safety evaluation and theoretical results on the basis of principles of constructing evaluation index system of urban road safety, combined with the existing evaluation index system of building, urban road safety evaluation index system, using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of urban road traffic safety evaluation model to build.Chapter IV, urban road traffic safety assessment and management measures-Case of Guangdong Province empirical analysis.
