| Rural "left behind women" is a unique phenomenon in the process of urbanization in China.It is formed with the large-scale transfer of rural male labor force to cities.It is an inevitable phenomenon under the restriction of China’s urbanrural dual institutional structure and registered residence management system.Left behind women are an important force in promoting agricultural and rural modernization.In order to comprehensively promote rural revitalization and accelerate agricultural and rural modernization,it is necessary to fully mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of rural left behind women.The women’s Federation is a people’s organization under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,a bridge and link between the party and the government and women,and an important social pillar of the state power.Compared with other social organizations,the women’s Federation has unique advantages in promoting the construction of a harmonious society and promoting women’s employment.For a long time,in the process of promoting the development of women’s work,women’s federations at all levels in all regions have made great contributions to solving the employment and entrepreneurship problems of left behind women by starting from their own functions,giving full play to their own advantages,and making every effort to provide a number of services for the employment and Entrepreneurship of left behind women,but there are still many problems and deficiencies.Therefore,by studying the strategy of the women’s Federation to improve the employment service of left behind women,we can not only promote the improvement of the quality of left behind women in an all-round,multi-level and multi-form,but also help to improve the employment level of left behind women and contribute half of our strength to economic and social development.Based on the third-party management theory and human capital theory,firstly,on the basis of combing the relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper uses the research methods such as questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,combined with the actual situation of Jintang County and the employment status of left behind women,and finds out the problems and shortcomings in the service of Jintang County women’s Federation in promoting the employment of left behind women;Then,the reasons for the above problems are analyzed,which not only involve the subjective aspects such as insufficient publicity and education of women’s federations on left behind women,ambiguous role positioning of women’s federations,relative lack of resources of women’s federations,weak foundation of village level grass-roots women’s federations,and no continuous follow-up investigation on the employment and Entrepreneurship of left behind women,but also involve the particularity of rural left behind women,as well as fund raising Some objective reasons such as insufficient investment;Finally,based on the above theoretical analysis and the results of the actual survey data,suggestions are put forward for Jintang County women’s Federation to promote the employment of rural left behind women: first,to clarify the organization position of the women’s Federation and ensure the employment channels of women;second,to strengthen the construction of the women’s Federation and ensure the employment mechanism of women;third,to innovate the work mode of the women’s Federation and ensure the employment platform of women. |
