In China’s rural areas,there are a certain number of young and strong labor going out to work,at the same time,there are left-behind groups in rural areas.The 2021 No.1central document pointed out that we should strengthen the care services for rural left-behind children and women and the elderly.We can see that the state has paid high attention to the rural left-behind groups.Left-behind women,as an important group in the left-behind group,not only shoulder the important task of teaching their husbands and children in rural families,but also more and more left-behind women devote themselves to social construction and make greater contributions to social development.In order to comprehensively promote rural revitalization and speed up agricultural and rural modernization,it is bound to fully mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of the large group of rural left-behind women.This current situation provides a promising space for Women’s Federation,who is considered as women’s "mother’s family".Based on the current situation that a large number of left-behind women labor force in some rural areas of China,from the perspective of Women’s Federation to promote the employment of rural left-behind women,the author focuses on the problems and relevant countermeasures of the county’s Women’s Federation in promoting the employment of rural left behind women.Firstly,based on Marx’s theory of women’s liberation,the theory of women’s empowerment,Maslow’s hierarchy of needs and other related theories,this paper analyzes the internal and external causes of Women’s Federation’s promotion of rural left-behind women’s employment,focusing on the analysis that the core of promoting rural left-behind women’s employment is not only closely related to rural left-behind women,At the same time,it is also related to the eagerness of Women’s Federation to change the current situation of their work;Secondly,through questionnaire survey and interview survey,this paper summarizes and analyzes some problems existing in the process of promoting the employment of rural left-behind women in L County of W city The low ability of the Women’s Federation and the lack of funds are the main reasons that restrict and affect the effectiveness of Women’s Federation in the employment of rural left-behind women;Finally,based on the above theoretical analysis and the actual survey data,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the Women’s Federation of L County in w City to promote the employment of rural left-behind women: first,improve the overall quality of the staff of the Women’s Federation;second,optimize the service network and work system of the Women’s Federation;third,improve the employment and entrepreneurship ability of rural left-behind women,Fourth,link resources and broaden employment channels for rural left-behind women.
