Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Women's Federation Of B Town In Pizhou City Serving The Left Behind Children In Rural Areas

With the rapid development of China's economy and the deepening of urbanization,more and more rural labor force go out to work in economically developed areas for various reasons.Their labor has made important contributions to China's economic construction,while their own economic situation has also been effectively improved.However,it also leads to the objective fact that they are separated from their children for a long time.These children are also called left behind children.The left behind children are seriously lack of parental care,which will lead to a series of problems such as mental health.It is an urgent need to mobilize the social forces of different classes to serve the left behind children.The Party committee and the government attach great importance to the problem of left behind children and bring the task of serving left behind children into the work of women's federations.Women's federations at all levels have carried out the work of serving left behind children in various forms and achieved good results.Taking B town of Pizhou City as an example,this paper focuses on the study of women's Federation's service for left behind children in rural areas.This paper mainly uses questionnaire method,supplemented by interview method,to investigate the situation of left behind children in B Town,the service needs of left behind children,and introduces the situation of women's Federation in B town serving left behind children in rural areas.On this basis,the paper studies the problems of B town women's Federation in serving the left behind children in rural areas,including backward service concept,weak service force,single service mode,and shortage of working funds,and analyzes the reasons.This paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the women's Federation of town B to further strengthen the work of serving the left behind children in rural areas,including clarifying the responsibilities of serving the children;strengthening the professional cultivation of women's Federation organizations;uniting social forces to provide services;promoting nearby employment services to reduce the number of left behind children in rural areas;carrying out intensive poverty alleviation services to help the left behind children in rural areas establish correct values;promoting the service for the left behind children in rural areas Policy making,etc.
