governments are actively building an integrated government service platform,making good use of digital technology to improve their own government service level,and connecting the "last mile" of serving the masses.The government affairs service platform realizes the information exchange between the government and the masses,and promotes the informatization and modernization of government services.However,there are many problems in the actual implementation.The development of villages and towns in China is relatively backward compared with that of cities.There are large differences
