"decentralization,regulation and service" in China,and has been outstanding in the process of improving efficiency and quality of government services.The key factor of service reform-the model of new government affairs center(or administrative service center)representatives has made great progress in simplifying the approval process and centralizing approval services.At present,all grassroots governments are actively building an integrated government service platform,making good use of digital technology to improve their own government service level,and connecting the "last mile" of serving the masses.The government affairs service platform realizes the information exchange between the government and the masses,and promotes the informatization and modernization of government services.However,there are many problems in the actual implementation.The development of villages and towns in China is relatively backward compared with that of cities.There are large differences between cities and towns in terms of economy or politics,which leads to the establishment of township government affairs service platform being relatively backward,and the urban and rural government affairs services being very unbalanced,It is not conducive to the management of villages and towns and the improvement of the level of mass service.Based on this,this paper takes Aotou Town,Conghua
