Since the beginning of the 21st century,the rapid development of Internet technology and the open sharing of big data resources has promoted the innovation and development of various fields and industries,and promoted the high integration of various regions,fields,and industries.In this context,the digitization and informatization of government services in various countries have also been promoted simultaneously.In May 2009,the U.S.government launched the world's first open government data platform(Data.Gov),and open government data has developed and formed a trend in the world.In 2012,the Shanghai Municipal Government launched the country's first government data open platform,followed by the establishment of Beijing,Zhejiang,Guizhou and other provincial and municipal government data open platforms.In May2019,the national integrated online government service platform was officially launched for trial operation,and the government service platform at all levels of government across the country was fully launched.However,due to the relatively short start-up time of local government service platforms,big data resources have unscientific data collection and integration among all classes and platforms,service items are not unified,and government employees have different work concepts,job skills,and service levels.Problems of varying degrees.As a result,the government service capacity of local governments is not enough to fully meet the needs of social development,and there are still some gaps with the requirements of building a network power and data China strategy.To sum up,in the context of the big data resource strategy,how to do a good job in the top-level design of the open sharing of big data resources,reasonably solve the problems of "information islands" and "data barriers",so that big data resources can be fully shared to promote the government service platform Further optimizing development and further improving the quality of government service is an important issue before us.In 2012,the Shanghai Municipal Government launched the country's first government data open platform,followed by the establishment of Beijing,Zhejiang,Guizhou and other provincial and municipal government data open platforms.In May 2019,the national integrated online government service platform was officially launched for trial operation,and the government service platforms of all provinces,cities and counties across the country were fully launched.However,due to the relatively short start-up time of local government service platforms,big data resources have unscientific data collection and integration among various classes and platforms,service items are not unified,and government employees' work concepts,job skills,and service levels vary.Different levels of problems,such as Qi,have caused the local government's government service capacity to be insufficient to fully meet the needs of social development,and there are still some gaps between the requirements of building a network power and data China strategy.In summary,in the context of the big data resource strategy,how to do a good job in the top-level design of the open sharing of big data resources,reasonably solve the problems of "information islands" and "data barriers",so that big data resources can be fully shared to promote the government service platform Further optimizing development and further improving the quality of government government services is an important topic before us.Based on this idea,the author conducted an in-depth investigation on the government services in County F,Guizhou Province,and used the "New Public Service Theory" and "Business Process Reengineering Theory" to conduct a satisfaction survey on the operation of the government service platform in County F.It is expected to play a role in the optimization of the local government government service platform.
