Dangshan County Government Statistical Data Quality Management Dilemma And Countermeasures

As the most basic management organization of the national government statistical institutions,the data collected by the county government statistical institutions can be called the first-hand statistics.The original statistical data obtained by the grass-roots statistical institutions can be counted,and the statistical data of the county government can be analyzed,such as GDP and other economic basic data.It helps to help the county government accurately predict the trend of economic development,make reasonable decisions and provide important data support for economic development.As the basic data source of national statistics,the importance of the quality of county-level government statistics is self-evident.On the basis of extensive review of relevant literature at home and abroad,taking Dangshan County as the research object,using new public management theory,total quality management theory,questionnaire survey,interview and other methods,this paper studies and analyzes the current situation of statistical data quality management of Dangshan County government.Although Dangshan County has also taken some measures in the quality management of statistical data and achieved certain results,there are still some problems in the actual work process,including insufficient application of quality management policies,poor supervision of data quality management,insufficient accuracy of source statistical data,low professional quality of grassroots statisticians,and insufficient standardization of data output process.On the basis of investigation and research,according to the theory of total quality management,in-depth analysis of the main reasons leading to the difficulties faced by the quality management of statistical data in Dangshan County is the statistical management system is not perfect,the data quality management guarantee and supervision mechanism is not in place,the construction of grass-roots statistical team is weak,and the result orientation of data management is prominent.Based on this,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures,such as promoting the reform of statistical management system,improving the quality management concept of the whole process,strengthening the construction of grass-roots statistical team,improving the guarantee and supervision mechanism of data quality management,and improving the development and application of grass-roots statistical data platform,in order to provide reference for improving the quality of data statistics of county-level governments.County government statistics is the most basic element of national statistics,is the basis of national statistics.It is believed that with the scientific operation of county-level government statistics,the authenticity of data can be ensured from the source,so as to continuously improve the quality management level of government statistical data and make scientific decisions to enhance the government ’s governance capacity and governance effect.
