A Study On Public Satisfaction Of Government Service In Xintai City,Shandong Province

In recent years,with the rapid development of the local government service centers,to a large extent,it has solved the problem of the masses handling the approval business of government departments and public service matters.The so-called "difficult" and "ugly" situation has been greatly improved.However,compared with the increasingly improved service standards of the public,there are still some deficiencies in the government service center,especially in the convenience,for the people,for the people and so on.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward new requirements for deepening the new deployment of "releasing management service",which requires further improving the administrative examination and approval system,optimizing the administrative examination and approval process,and improving the satisfaction of the masses at a higher level.Facing the new situation,new tasks and new requirements,accelerating the transformation of government functions,ensuring the reform of administrative system,further strengthening the efforts of streamlining administration and decentralization,and building a service-oriented government that the people are satisfied with,we must constantly innovate measures to facilitate the people and benefit the people,improve the service system and mechanism of the government service center,and meet the increasing expectations and requirements of the people.It can be seen that to improve the service quality and public satisfaction of the government service center is an urgent problem for governments at all levels.This paper takes Xintai government affairs service center as an example,taking public service satisfaction as the core,to explore its experience and practice in the reform of government affairs service,and to find out the service environment,service efficiency and service state that affect the satisfaction of government affairs service by constructing the public satisfaction model of government affairs service to carry out field evaluation of Xintai government affairs service center In addition,the paper puts for ward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the public service satisfaction.Improving the satisfaction of government service is the only way to build a service-oriented government.With the deepening of the "deregulation service" reform,local governments pay more and more attention to building a first-class business environment and improving the well-being of the masses.Therefore,more scholars and experts will increase the research on the satisfaction of government service,and the construction of China's service-oriented government will certainly step up to a new level.
